The Nystrom family started selling Phoenix area real estate in 1979, when Doug's parents, Earl and Peggy first became REALTORS®.  Due to their hard work and integrity, the Nystrom name is synonymous with professionalism in the Phoenix area.  In 2002, Doug opened up Nystrom Realty with his parents and his wife.  We look forward to meeting the needs of Phoenix residents for years to come.

Doug went to Point Loma University, earning his bachelor’s degree in Political Science. However, having grown up around real estate, he decided to come home to help grow the family business. He received his real estate salesperson license in 1997. In 2002, he earned his broker’s license and Nystrom Realty was formed. Doug is the tech whiz of the group, always looking for new technology to stay one step ahead of the competition and ultimately, out market them. He has taken over a large part of the marketing since becoming broker. Rebecca A. Nystrom, Associate Broker, CSSN

While attending Grand Canyon University and Western International University, Becca began her career in the world of finance. While at Discover Card Financial, she was the recipient of numerous awards, including the coveted Raymond A. Kennedy Award for employee excellence.  Becca earned her real estate salesperson license in 2003 and her broker's license in 2008.  She specializes in short sales, having earned her Certified Short Sale Negotiator designation earlier this year.  Becca is currently taking classes to obtain her Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute designation.  She is passionate about giving back to the community.  She frequently donates time and resources working with youth and the homeless.  She worked with the City of Avondale to implement an Adopt-A-Street program and adopted the very first street.  Becca is certified in At Home with Diversity and supports the One America principles.
